After Your Visit
- If an IV was placed, a bandage has been applied to the site. You may remove the bandage after 15 minutes. If you take blood thinners or bruise easily, you may leave it on longer.
- Drink plenty of water unless otherwise directed by your provider.
- Resume normal activities as tolerated unless your provider has given you specific restrictions.
- Take all medications, supplements, peptides, and hormones exactly as directed by your provider.
Important Information About Vitamins, Supplements, Peptides, and Hormones
- It is important that you inform our providers of all vitamins, supplements, medications, hormones, peptides, and over-the-counter products you are taking.
- Some vitamins and nutrients may be administered during your IV infusion or injection visit. Depending on the ingredients received, your provider may recommend skipping your usual oral vitamin or supplement dose on the day of treatment.
- This information helps our providers safely coordinate your care and reduce the risk of excessive supplementation or potential interactions.

Common Side Effects
Some patients may experience mild and temporary side effects after treatment, including:
- Mild soreness, redness, bruising, swelling, or tenderness at an injection, blood draw, or IV site
- Fatigue or drowsiness
- Headache
- Nausea or upset stomach
- Dizziness or lightheadedness
- Mild flushing or warmth
- Changes in appetite or digestive habits
These symptoms are typically short-lived and improve without treatment.
Contact Our Clinic Promptly If You Experience
- Increasing redness, swelling, warmth, pain, or drainage at an injection or IV site
- Fever, chills, or signs of infection
- Persistent vomiting or inability to keep fluids down
- Severe or worsening abdominal pain
- Significant medication side effects
- Any new or concerning symptoms that are not improving
Seek Emergency Medical Care Immediately (Call 911 or Go to the Nearest Emergency Room) If You Experience
- Difficulty breathing, wheezing, or shortness of breath
- Swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat
- Severe allergic reaction or hives
- Chest pain, pressure, or tightness
- Sudden weakness, numbness, confusion, or difficulty speaking
- Loss of consciousness or seizure
- Severe bleeding
- Red streaking from an IV or injection site accompanied by fever or worsening symptoms
- Any other severe or rapidly worsening medical condition
Because individual responses to medications, supplements, peptides, hormones, vitamins, minerals, and medical treatments can vary, patients should seek medical evaluation for any symptom they feel is severe, unusual, or concerning, even if it is not specifically listed above.
Ongoing Treatment and Follow-Up Care
Patients receiving weight loss medications, hormone therapy, peptide therapy, prescription medications, or other ongoing treatment plans should follow all provider instructions, attend recommended follow-up appointments, and complete any requested laboratory testing. Regular follow-up and monitoring help ensure the safety and effectiveness of your treatment plan.

Can I receive multiple vitamins during one visit?
Yes, Many of our IV therapies combine vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that work
together. Your provider will determine which combination is most appropriate for you.
Can I take my regular vitamins after my infusion?
Some IV therapies contain high doses of vitamins. Depending on your treatment, your
provider may recommend skipping your oral vitamin supplements for the remainder of
the day to avoid unnecessary duplication.
Will I receive all of these treatments?
No. Every treatment is customized based on your medical history, current medications,
allergies, laboratory results (when appropriate), and provider evaluation.
Are these treatments FDA-approved?
Some vitamins and medications are FDA-approved for specific medical conditions, while
certain compounded medications and peptide therapies may be prescribed for off-label
